Vehicle Emergency Kit

You never know when an emergency situation can arise. Be prepared by keeping some supplies in your vehicle to help get you through safely. With the harshest season approaching it is important to keep the following in your vehicle:

1. Cash
2. Blanket
3. Energy Bars
4. Water
5. Phone Charger
6. Snow Shovel
7. First Aid Kit
8. Lighter
9. Cat Litter For Traction
10. Extra Warm Clothing (gloves, hat and coat)
11. Printed Road Maps of the area you're travelling in

It is also a good idea to be aware of your surroundings and know your location. Try not to rely on navigation systems or Google Maps (possibly outdated), they may not be available, especially in new areas.
